4th quarter 2022 Real Estate Review for Cambridge Kitchener Waterloo Brantford Woodstock and Guelph

Real Estate Statistics – 2022 4th Quarter Review

Real estate in our service area looked very different at the end of the year when comparing to the same period of 2021 where low inventory helped drive up prices.

With help from the Waterloo Region Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listings System, the team here at R.W. Dyer Realty has been able to compare and contrast real estate statistics for our key areas of Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo, Brantford/Brant County, Guelph and Woodstock. We used this data to create the graphics below to help put the numbers into perspective.

For your comparison, statistics for the rest of 2022 are linked here:

Please reach out to any one of our R. W. Realty agents for a more detailed assessment of how changing market conditions might influence your purchase or sale decisions.
