It felt really good getting some of our team together to celebrate Canada Day this year!
When we last shared a Canada Day post we were in the thick of the pandemic – where social distancing and masking was the norm. As most masks are now off, members of the Dyer Team gathered on our porch to share a smile with all of our past and present clients.
Our team has had many discussions this year about the changing real estate market. There was low inventory of homes for sale which caused a spike in prices and bidding wars to start out the year, as well as an influx of listings helping bring on a more balanced market for the spring.
In the next couple weeks we will be sharing our second quarter update to demonstrate just what has been going on in our service areas for the past few months. Be sure to check back and get The Dish on what’s happening in real estate close to home.
Even though our administrative offices will be closed for the Canada Day holiday, we wanted to thank everyone for your continued trust in our team for over 50 years! We look forward to helping you navigate the world of real estate for many more years to come!
